Berkongsi rahsia kejayaannya, Siti Nursyafieqah Abu Bakar, juga mengorbankan masa berhibur pada usia muda untuk melakukan kerja sampingan dengan bekerja separuh masa di pasar raya,
“Saya pernah mengikat perut demi memenuhi tabung simpanan malah tiada masa untuk bersosial dengan kawan. Sehinggakan saya pernah dikatakan gila. Selama bertahun saya tetap dengan cara sendiri nyata diet kewangan ketat yang diamalkan sejak zaman diploma menjadi sandaran sehingga kini.”
Maka tidak hairan kisah kegigihan Syafieqah menjadi tular di laman sosial sejak tahun lalu apabila pada usia 24 tahun ketika itu beliau berjaya memiliki rumah teres jenis superlink dan kereta mewah Subaru XY.
Ketika itu Syafieqah bekerja di sebuah bank dan dibayar RM1,600 sebulan, namun sikapnya yang berjimat cermat dan pandai menguruskan kewangan menjadi faktor kejayaannya.
Sedangkan rakan lain dibayar RM2,000 sebulan, saya tidak cemburu dengan mereka, tetapi cuba untuk meningkatkan pendapatan dengan bekerja separuh masa di pasar raya.
Bukan itu sahaja, duit komisen dan OT yang dibayar pihak bank akan dibahagi dua untuk simpanan dan pelaburan ASB.
Dengan RM1,600 itu, saya belanjakan untuk rumah sewa, pengangkutan, perbelanjaan makan dan
minum serta duit saraan ibu bapa, katanya.

Dari EPF AC 2 kedua PASANGAN ini boleh menampung RM150 sebulan untuk pengeluaran bayaran bulanan rumah masing-masing. Jadi komitmen untuk Rumah masing-masing Cuma RM300 sahaja setiap orang.
Dari pendapatan Sewa PASANGAN ini RM600 + RM600 , buat Pembiayaan ASB RM100,000 setiap seorang. Gunakan duit pendapatan Sewa tersebut untuk bayaran bulanan. Jangan usik dividen selama 3 tahun. Jumlah dividen terkumpul RM46,700 + Jual sijil LELAKI (RM6,300) = RM53,000??
Jumlah cash ditangan Sekarang RM53,000 + RM11,700 = RM64,700??.
Kekalkan pembiayaan RM100,000 ASB WANITA sehingga Habis tempoh pembiayaan dengan komitmen bulanan RM600 secara konsisten lagi 22 tahun dan tidak usik dividen untuk tujuan simpanan jangka panjang, selepas 22 tahun. Jumlah simpanan terkumpul adalah RM516,000??
Berbekalkan Cash pada step 11, RM64,700 . Beli pula Rumah untuk duduk sendiri , saya bagi contoh RM300,000 . Buat Pembiayaan bersama antara LELAKI & WANITA jika perlu. Baki Duit cash yang ada juga Boleh digunakan untuk tujuan renovasi minor dan perkakasan rumah yang lain. Komitmen bulanan rumah ini lebih kurang RM1350. Waktu ini gaji pon sudah meningkat dan PASANGAN ini tiada masalah untuk membayar sebab telah memiliki disiplin dan character simpanan yang sudah dibuat sebelum ini. Pandai-pandai la share bayar. Nak hidup selesa bersama kan.
Setidak-tidak dalam tempoh ini mereka sudah ada 3 buah property, kereta pon dah Nak habis bayar, gaji dah meningkat, boleh la upgrade sedikit kereta tu
